In the News…

On this annual celebration of the founding and value of the USA, let us reflect and be grateful for the opportunity to live in this great country which represents Freedom and Liberty like no other.  I would like to share the following trilogy of patiotic poems/songs by my friend, Boris Tiraspolsky, a Russian born American poet, playwright and stage director who was born on March 15, 1946 in Moscow (former), USSR.  His grandfather was born in the United States and Boris considers himself to be “technically” a fourth generation American.  Boris is a Founding Member of the AmericanIdeologicalSociety.com, Founder and CEO of National Endowment for the Useful Arts, currently residing in Oak Park, Michigan.  Mr. Tiraspolsky epitomizes the gratitude of most legal immigrants who came to the USA from socialist/communist countries seeking the American Dream…

SONG OF MEN OF SACRED HONOR
By Boris Tiraspolsky

We aren’t killers, aren’t haters,
We’re neither great annihilators.
We’re Men of sacred Honor. We are born
The Old World Order to reform.
We’re honest and kind, devoted and brave
From a moment of birth to a time of grave.

Divine Providence has favored our undertakings,
We form the strongest Union – out of many one.
We lead the way. We are world movers, shakers,
And our mighty motto is: “Thy Will be Done“.

We aren’t killers, aren’t haters,
We’re neither great annihilators.
We’re Men of sacred Honor. We are born
A Historic Mission to perform.
We’re honest and kind, devoted and brave
From a moment of birth to a time of grave.

A new Order of the Ages’ our destination.
It comes with everlasting peace, prosperity, and joy
On every Continent for every single Nation,
Including every man and woman, girl and boy.

We aren’t killers, aren’t haters,
We’re neither great annihilators.
We’re Men of Honor. We are born
The future Golden Age to form.
We’re honest and kind, devoted and brave
From a moment of birth to a time of grave.

SONG WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES
By Boris Tiraspolsky

We the People of the United States
Have found Justice and Liberty Gates,
The rest of the World is looking at us
With warnings and doubts for our trespass.
We the People of the United States!
Have opened the Justice and Liberty Gates.

We’ve made our choice
With a passionate heart.

We’ve raised our voice
For Thy Will and Thy Art.

We never betray
The Supreme Law of the Land,

We humbly obey
The Invisible Hand.

We the People, of the United States
Have opened the Justice and Liberty Gates,
The rest of the World is looking at us
With caveats and fears for our trespass.
We the People of the United States
Have entered the Justice and Liberty Gates.

THE ANTHEM OF USEFUL ARTS*
By Boris Tiraspolsky

The time for sleeping is over!
The time for action has come,
The minds of the People are sober -
We beat our Victory drum!

We are fine Drummers and Fifers
In Battle for National Fate.
We turned “useful Arts” into rifles
That shoot at an enemy straight

We’re fighting the Evil of Terror
With the strength of the Invisible Hand.
It never, has ever made error
From start to the Glorious End.

The time for talking is over!
The time for Battle has come,
The minds of the People are sober -
We beat our Victory drum!

We’re fully endowed by the Creator
With Liberty, Life and true Joy.
He is our great Navigator,
He is from the Future Envoy.

The Rules of the Game are changing,
The vision of the Future is bold,
And Liberty never is aging,
Like a coin of silver and gold.

The time for day-dreaming’s over!
The Golden Age promised to come,
The minds of the People are sober -
We beat our Victory drum!

*Article I, Section 8, Clause 8 of the Constitution of the United States

**”This story is attributed to the great Benjamin Franklin. When asked about “useful Arts” he replied with his usual wit and wisdom that Fifers and Drummers playing on parade are “Entertainment” and “Entertainers”. However, the very same Fifers and Drummers playing the very same music on a battlefield are “useful Performing Art” and Warriors.”
